think twice prior to purchasing on-line at their website

I recently purchased their Neck Pillow (queen size, $130.00)despite the VERY EXPENSIVE cost.  Looking at their chart, having height of 5'6", this is the correct size for my height.

I thought I am definitely buyingthe "top of the line" should be the "best". I sleep mostly on my sideand back. I have some back ache, used to wake up with a headache with the old pillow. I thoughtswitching from regular pillow to a memory foam pillow will solve my sleep problem. I decided to go with the most expensive I can find and
has been recommended by family member.
After using it for 7 days, I have concluded that it DOES NOT suitmy needs. I found this pillow to be :1. very hard to sleep on, it's like sleeping on a styrofoam2. very uncomfortable since I toss and turn quite a bit at night3. sleeping on my side, my ear tend to be HOT and I would wake upvery uncomfortable.4. I ended up with neck and shoulder soreness I did buy the right pillow according to your website's specification of my heightof 5'6". I explained my issue to the customer service named *****. I understoodfrom my purchase on-line that the pillow is non-returnable but I requestedto the customer service that it be exchanged to the Symphony pilllow whichmay better suit my needs. I was NOT interested in getting my money back. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that the response from the customer service was just plain "NO".
 Based on my experience with purchasing on-line directly with Tempurpedic, I will NOT purchase anything from them, even believing that this companymakes the top of the line and very expensive products. I have learned mylesson -- to just buy from the store who will take returns. I am considering buying less expensive memory foam pillow that will do the job.
