I ordered a $107 toy and was charged shipping, when I shouldn't have as it was over the $50 required amount to get everyday free shipping. The total during check out didn't even reflect the shipping charge until after I had completed the sale! I called the 800 to try to get the mistake corrected and the system disconnected me at 15 min. I then tried to email my concerns through the website but it would recognize what I selected as a subject on their form and wouldn't send the email with out a subject being selected. I called a different customer no. and selected an option for help with an existing order and wound up bothering some poor finance guy who could do nothing to help me who said that it must have rerouted me to him because of the call volume. The next morning, I tried to do another email thinking, just maybe this is a glitch in the system that they would surely have fixed. This is Christmas, and they have been through a lot of these, surely they would be on top of things. Apprently not, almost 24 hours later, I called again and was told, after going through all the options, that the system was not able to assist me and I was disconnected. I also tried to do an email again and had the same problems that I had last night. I have yet to talk w/ someone about the incorrect charge!! And, have decided to never do business w/ Target On line again! BUYERS BEWARE!!
