Angry, disappointed .Attitude of the service provider, problem was fobbed off, like they didnt care
I ordered products from strawberry like I usually do, in the usual way. The amount was deducted from my credit card almost immediately. A few days later, I received notification that the parcel had been sent, however, there was no RR number listed as is the usual case. When I requested the RR number I was told that the parcel was not sent with an RR number. A company like Strawberry should know that sending a parcel to South Africa with no RR number or any other type of tracking number is a no no, and this is why I am convinced that the parcel was never sent off. Needless to say the parcel never arrived. I contacted them a number of times asking why the parcel was not sent with an RR no etc, the request seemed to just go right over their heads. Because of this, and the way I was treated and the fact that it was a large amount of money that quite frankly I could ill afford at the time, what I had ordered were going to be Christmas presents, I will never order from Strawberry again, and after talking to other people who have had similar experiences with Strawberry I think I am right in not buying from them again. So all you peopple out there BEWARE of ordering from Strawberry.
