I ordered a new LAX head from the store on-line and I had then string it for my son. I used their on-line email system to get a status update and when I could expect to have the item shipped. They were very prompt on the email response and shipping out the product a day early. I liked their on-line email system. It allowed me to add to the question I had and I could then see all the responses received about my questions. I also received an email from the response from the customer service. When the strung LAX head arrived it was just what my son wanted. The item was shipped through the postal service using the priority postal service. Their web site said they were using FedExpress. I prefer the post office since they will leave a package at my door without a signature. The only issue I had was on the color of the strings. I ordered the Old Dark gold string which turned out to be more brown than gold. I searched google and the color did seem to be in the range so I can't complain.  It would be helpful if the color selection did have the color listed so that I could get a better representation of the actual product.
