Made 2 purchases for my son who is away at college and had the items shipped directly to him. I ordered the wrong items the first time - think he decided to keep the 2 jammers. Ordered 2 briefs the second time which is what he wanted. Web site was user friendly and seemed to work out.

I didn't like that I ordered two items but only one arrived with a note that said the second was unavailable. In this day and age of technology, it seems to me that they should have been able to tell me that when I ordered, when the order was confirmed, or when the order was shipped. I was very disappointed not to receive both swimsuits.

Everything was fine as far as I know since this was a gift sent directly to the person it was purchased for. Other websites I have purchased from have the option of having a gift card enclosed. I would have been happier if I could have had that option.

The only compaint that I had with Speedo USA was that I didn't receive free delivery for the suit I bought. I didn't realize that I had to type in a special promo code that was in the e-mail they sent to me. It was a bit confusing. I didn't see it until after I placed my order so I was A little upset about this.

Tried to order suits for my nephew in NY, but Speedo won't accept Canadian billing address, so order was rejected. Otherwise site was good and I would happily purchase from them.

I am very happy with the service I got.

I was sent an email by a sales assistant letting me know that there were problems with my credit card. I replied to this person as I had put in an incorrect billing address. I have never heard back from the person. I started a new purchase and am happy with the service and product I received with this. I don't think I replied to a "no-reply" email address as it had the person's name in the title. ANyway I am happy with the swim suits. Thanks

I really like shopping at Speedo. I swim every morning, and I do not live close to any stores where I can purchase Speedo suits. Therefore, I greatly appreciate being able to buy online because I can get my suites quickly when I need them. I would highly recommend ordering suits online from Speedo.

It was very easy to shop at SpeedoUSA. The product was delivered in perfect condition. I was able to track the shipping of the product the whole time, as well. And the package arrived within 3 days, which was before the time given for the delivery date. All in all, I will shop at SpeedoUSA again.

Excellent. I needed to buy my father a second set of watershoes, since surgery has resulted in him needing different sizes. I had recently received a web coupon and was able to use it even though the deadline was a day earlier. The shoes were very reasonably priced AND on sale. I was very pleased!
