Great product, lousy service if you need it.

This is for the Agile DMT X2 elliptical. The order experience was nice and easy, they were very willing to take my money. The unit arrived in the box as described. It was easily put together and works very well. After 9 months of use, not everyday but 3-5 times a week, I noticed the fan wasn't staying focused. It dropped down and though it was still attached, it just sort of hung there, blowing in the wind. Tried to call customer service but got a recording. Left my name and number and never heard from them. Did it again, still nothing. I tried the email route, got the canned reply but nothing else after the promised 24-48 hours. After 10 days, i received an email saying my part would be shipped. I responded and waited. Twenty days later, I received two parts in the mail. I didn't request either of them. I wrote customer service again and now I am awaiting a response. The product is great, it gives you a great workout as would any elliptical. The service after the sale is very suspect. Some calls to CS were responded to but it was another issue. That one didn't get resolved very well either. For the money, I would think the distance shouold show .01 but it only goes to .1 of a mile. All in all I would buy this again, it has held up to use and can take a lot more. The unit is still functional with the problems but...
