The entire range of my shopping experience with Sierra Trading was excellent. Would reccommend without exception.

website is conventient to use and navigate. Applying appropriate discounts and shipping charges can be confusing until you learn how the site operates its billing and automated services.

No problems delivery went as expected. Items are very good quality.

I ordered a wrong size. Sierra readily exchanged it for the right size.

As a 20 year customer, (all the Carhartt gear I own is from Sierra), I ordered 5 pairs of Winter socks from them. Order was shipped and then dissappeared into UPS HELL! 5 calls to Sierra, each time I was told"We will get them to you tomorrow" and after 5 days of the order sitting at UPS, Sierra cancelled the order without my knowledge. I called and was told that they could not replace the items as they were out of stock. Asked to speak with Keith Richardson and left my number and got a call from a CS manager who left a message then dodged my return calls. Spoke to their UPS Manager who blamed everyone but UPS. Still waiting to see if they honor their promise to replace the goods and ship for free. Also waiting to see if they try and screw me on their rescinding of the shipment at UPS (I am expecting a battle on this one).
Either way, I'm no longer a Sierra customer as they have forgotten how to conduct business in an ethical manner.

Answer to question number 6. I didn't need a mail-in form or phone call to complete my purchase. Sierra Trading has a user friendly web site, which I will definitely be using for future purchases.

Sierra Trading Post is an amazing online merchant. The prices are awesome! The selection is less than adequate and I've had to return a number of articles of clothing b/c of misleading descriptions or sizing incongruity. Jackets were HEAVY....search was for "light, warm". Jackets expected to fit fine were snug. Pants expected to be too small fit perfectly!! It's basically the need for 'returns' that have 'gotten to me'. Another person would likely not have this experience at all.

Always have good products and prices!

The shopping experience went very well. Two of the pairs of shoes I ordered were too flimsy to support the sides of my feet, so I returned them.

Excellent web site and ordering information and fast delivery. Totally recommend the retailer and will order from them in future.

Shoes arrived in a shipping envelope (?), which was torn open on one end, and the box was dented. The shoes, amazingly, were both in the box, and seem to be in good condition. I did contact the merchant to report the condition of the package, and received what seemed to be a standard "non-answer" form email. I have purchased shoes from other online vendors, which arrive in a box around the shoe box, usually with paper or other packing material around the shoebox, and free shipping...given that I paid a $9.99 shipping charge, I expect better packaging!
