Easy and quick.

This was my firstpurchase from Shoplet.com and I was very impressed with the prompt prosessing and delivery of my order. I ordered it in the late afternoon or early evening and received my order before lunch the next day with UPS ground delivery. Kudos to Shoplet.com!

it was easy and enjoyable experience, my expectations where fully met and I received my product quickly.

I did not receive the pen, only the refills. Had to contact merchant to trace item.

I am VERY pleased with the service received from Shoplet.com - I have the choice of many office supplies stores, both local and online, and I find that shoplet has the best prices on many items and shipping so fast it seems I press the "submit" key and the order is on my doorstep! This was the only vendor I found that had not only all the options for the merchandise I wanted to purchase, they had several other options I didn't know existed so I bought additional items that met my needs completly.

My only complaint is that the past few times I have ordered online my card was initially declined and then I had to call in and give the same information over the phone, after which time the card was accepted.

The experience was fine. The products got here much faster then expected.

I bought bookcases from these folks. They were not what we wanted. Arranged a return. It was picked up and delivery to warehouse was acknowledged. Now almost one month later they have still not refunded purchase, despite repeated promises and phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!

I ordered online. Product status was "in stock", the next day the order was on backorder. When I requested an estimated delivery date I recieved a "form" email in return. I tried again today, telling them that I have deadlines to meet and needed some idea of when the paper would be shipped. Just received the same form email. Looks like I will have to cancel the order. I am very disappointed. Most places that advertise "real time" stock status will let you know before your order is complete if an item is out-of-stock.

Almost too many products but much better prices than I found anywhere else.

Shoplet inventory was consistently lower priced than any local "warehouse" store or on-line sites I searched. They carried name brand merchandise along with generic. Selection was wonderful. Checkout was easy. Shipping was very fast. My order actually came days sooner than I had expected. What a nice surprise! One item was no longer available and I got a fast response informing me of this. The only thing I can suggest is the email gave the impression they cancelled my entire order but a quick phone call elaborated only the one particular items was removed and the remainder of the order had been shipped. GOOD QUALITY; QUICK DELIVERY

The items were supposed to be here in 3-5 days, and they were at our door 18 hours after the order was placed!

They had what I needed, thank goodness! ALthough it took a little longer to receive than stated it arrived in good condition

Excellent. I made an error in the order, received an email from a customer service rep who pointed out how to receive free shipping. Two emails later, I replaced the order properly and the service rep canceled my original order. I received half the order the next day and the rest the following day. EXCELLENT.

Easy and relaxed I did not have to worry about the order. I was also surprised when it was delievered, I had not thought about it arriving so early I expected at least 5 days and it arrive way before that. I will use this site in the future.
