I was searching for outdoor waste receptacles for a new property we were opening.  We are environmentally concious but were not particullarly looking for a green product.  In doing a search on numerous sites we decided on the Safco open top waste receptacle.  It offered an attractive price for a modern looking exterior receptacle.  The fact that it is recycled was an added bonus.  I have never been to Shoplet.com before but after doing a google search we found the most competitive delivered price was on Shoplet.com.  Being skeptical about the price I wanted to see the quality so we placed an order for one.  The order was quickly processed and the item arrived in a couple of days.  We were imprressed with the product so we placed an order for two additional units.  Again my order was quickly processed and upgraded to next day deliverry at no additional charge.  I will definatley add Shoplet.com to my list of sites to check when fufilling our futue purchasing needs.

I found Shoplet while looking for a large cabinet for my office. I found just what I was looking for, but when it was delivered saw that it was only a partial cabinet, and that all the hardware to assemble it, as well as the shelves and handle were included in a second box, listed as "box 2 of 2". This is an entirely separate product, however the product I purchased is completely useless without that second box. To be fair there is a disclaimer about the requirement for a second box, however it was easy to miss. My complaint is that a consumer using price as a metric would not have an accurate way to comparison shop for a functioning cabinet of similar dimension and construction. I would recommend that products which are manufactured and sold in this way prompt a warning at checkout when the two parts are not ordered together.

I was sent to Shoplet when I priced items on Amazon. The prices at Shoplet were lower, so I ordered. The order was processed quickly and correctly. It arrived in less than a week. It was exactly what I needed.

Everything was great. Had not heard of this company before so I was not sure about them. 

I ordered Wed afternoon and the coat rack arrived by 10AM the next day. all for free shipping.

In fact the package arrived before the email saying I was eligable for free overnight shipping.

The coat rack arrived and was in great shape. Will definately consider ordering from shoplet again.  I orginally found them on amazon but then went directly to their website and saved 10% from what the amazon price was.  They were already the lowest price on amazon.


Will consider ordering from them again in the future.

The calendar is fine and as described.  It was sent very quickly.  The box it arrived in was enourmous though.  You could have crawled inside it.  It was a waste of money to send it in such a big box.

Items arrived in good time - a few days.  Most importantly, the prices on Shoplet were the lowest price I found on the internet!

This was my first experience with Shoplet and it was excellent.  The order processed fast and was delivered quickly.  The price on the item was low, but the item quality was high.

I'll use Shoplet again next time I need office supplies for my small business.

I ordered some office supplies last week, and I received my supplies 3 days later. I like that they send me email updates to let me know what stage my order is being processed. I received my shipment and realized that I made an error and ordered the wrong item, so I called customer services to see what can be done to return it. The woman was very friendly and polite, and sent me a return shipping label for UPS 10 minutes later, and let me know that my credit would be received once they have the returned item. Overall, I've had a great experience when it comes to ordering from Shoplet. I've been using this site as one of my main business shopping sites for the past year, and I haven't had a problem yet. Items are always dropped off in perfect condition, and delivery is always quick and on time. The discounts and coupons are also very helpful. I will continue to use this site for most of my business needs.

Shopping Accuracy

The items pictured on the website are misleading and lacked clarity regarding what the customer is ordering exactly. I was excited that SHOPLET.COM offered Pilot Dr. Grip Retractable Gel Rollerball Pens in PACKS OF 4, since a SINGLE pen is expensive at any office supply store. That's why I was glad to find them online in bulk on SHOPLET.COM's website. As a first time customer of SHOPLET.COM, my order was sent to me incorrectly.
I purchased 2 PACKS of 4 Pilot Dr. Grip Retractable Gel Rollerball Pens, AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE and only received 2 SINGLE PENS !
On the website the Pilot Dr. Grip Retractable Gel Rollerball Pens were offered in PACKS OF 4! If this item is not truly offered then why it is on the website, pictured in PACKS OF 4, to be purchased!?

I will definitely order from Shoplet again.  The entire process of setting up a new account through checkout and delivery was seamless and easy.  I received my order quickly....in fact I tracked the delivery from the email sent by Shoplet and found that it stated "delivered" before I even looked out my front door, where I found it placed right there for me.  Still feels good to get a "surprise!" The printer ink and dayminder are of good quality, reasonably priced and arrived well packaged. A+ for Shoplet!

My shopping experience ended abruply today.  I had been shopping for Binders and after entering a quantity that I was planning on purchasing, the price per item quickly rose by about 18%.  After that occurred, I lost faith in your website and decided to order from our trusted vendor.  Needless to say, it was a tad frustrating.

I would love to hear an explanation of why this happened to me today.  Perhaps, at that time, I will consider revisiting your site.

The order was received as scheduled, we ordered only one item, therefore, it was accurate.  Once we received the merchandise it was excactly what we expected.  For the price, it was a great buy. Shoplet.Com is one of the best online companies I have ever dealt with.  They are always well stocked and it's very rare that their prices can be beat.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is in charge of purchasing for their workplace.

Customer service is primary. I was disappointed that Shoplet only offers contact during Eastern time business hours, Mon-Fri. Once we made contact, their staff was exceptional, and took care of my needs quickly.

I ordered a lot of paper with Shoplet, which was an item I was actually quite behind on.  Out of the blue, Shoplet upgraded my standard shipping to one-day shipping.  I don't know how they did it, because it was literally 50 pounds of paper, but there I see the box I ordered the next evening.  Incredible value.

I placed my order at 9:00 am Tuesday and the office table was delivered by noon on Wednesday. I had a coupon for "free rush processing" but I never expected to have delivery in just over 24 hours. Unbelieveable. Thanks for the great service. The product was delivered in good condition even though the box weighted about 60 pounds.

Had little troble finding plastic lids  16" for same size trays. But found them. Order came very fast. Didn't expected it. Was very pleased.

I sent an email to customer service the same day that I placed my order, only minutes later, and never recieved a response. Paypal wouldn't let me change the shipping address and I had no way to change it after submitting my order. The order was supposed to go to my cousin who lives in another state which means that I have to pay to ship it to her now. I could have just bought these in the store and have them shipped and it would have been cheaper I'm very disappointed.

I have ordered several times in the past and have been very pleased with the overall shopping experience. Items were always in stock and shipped right away. And the amount of choices in all product lines is tremendous.

With my free upgraded shipping today, I found it to be an unexpected and very welcomed 'treat" from you. I wish more companies would follow your lead in the excellent service and unexpected little things you do to please customers.
