We found you by accident as we didn't know what the item we wanted was called.  After considerable searching we found a picture and price at another site but it was from a foreign country which would have meant higher shipping cost.  Looking further we found another site and almost ordered from there.    But, now that we knew the name of the item, a  shoulder phone rest, we decided to search further first and found the identical item on your website at almost half the other price, much to the delight of my disabled neighbor, Mike, who needed a replacement for his shoulder phone rest.  It is not the exact kind that he previously had but will work for him.   It's not convenient for Mike to get out to shop so we use my computer to shop on line for what he needs.  And he LOVES getting a bargain.  Better yet, you upgraded the shipping to next day free.  Although the box arrived today, considerably crushed like an accordian by the post office, the contents were protected by the original packaging and had no damage.  I am extremely pleased with the convenience of making this purchase and especially the prompt shipping.  I certainly will recommend your website to others.  Thank you so much.
