One of the Items was to b backordered so I backed out the three day shipping upon ordering,and completed my purchase. The other was supposed to ship on 2-27. I recieved an email two days later saying they would ship on 3 13 2013. The pair that was supposed to ship on 2-27 was apparently shipped on 3-9 Still have not recieved nor due I expect delivery for a couple of days yet. Before I completed my order I did recieve an AD in my in box from you. AGGRESSIVE at sales just not ontime delivery. Quality is unknown as I have yet to recieve my order. The second order of two pairs of shoes I did delete from my shopping cart pending out come of this order. I may have to go shoppping to have shoes ontime for an April wedding I am to attend. I wont trust empty promises, or the weather. Delivering The purchases before the survey might be a good start. Sending out adds to the email address before the order is even compolete is too aggressive a sale tactic,so after I recieve or cancel this order you will b marked as SPAM.Have a great day!

this is the 2nd item that I have ordered and both were on back order. The 1st order was cancelled as you were not getting them in and I was not notified of the cancellation. This order is on back order until March 18th.

No problems except if the shoe you ordered doesn't fit and you want to return it, you have to pay for return shipping. I would still shop at ShoeMall, but would look at websites that offer free return shipping first.

The shopping experience went well. I found the sandals I wanted and in the color I selected. They shipped fairly quick, no problems. I am presently waiting on another pair of sandals that are back ordered for a month.

We are hopeful that our current pending orders can be filled. Today we confirmed with AMEX that a refund on our first ShoeMall order has been processed. As soon as the pending order arrives, we anticipate then submitting at least one more order.
