In June 2011, we decided to take a trip to the Turks to go scuba diving but there is a problem with my sister and me, we have never been diving so we are going snorkeling.  I had to get a few pieces of equipment such as a mask and a snorkel.  I had no clue as to what kind of mask I would need and what kind of snorkel.  I did a search online to find a store that would fit my needs.  The first store I came to is Seavenger.com.
 
When you type in Seavenger.com you are taken right to their homepage which is laid out very simply.  The header gives you choices of where you want to go they are as follows:  About Us, Visit Us, Plan Your Trip, Combo Deal, FAQ, Life Underwater, Contact Us.

I found the masks very quickly and they were clearly marked, snorkel, dive, full face, pro ear, youth, purge masks, RX Masks.  Now I was in a quandary.  I knew I couldn't see without my glasses and didn't want to swim and not see anything.   I can picture my family's faces watching me reach out to touch something that would rip my arm off and me not knowing what the heck I was touching.  I needed an RX and didn't know exactly what information they needed and what was the best mask to put in. 

They do have an online chat with a rep but I felt that I could convey what I needed better over the phone.  When I called them I spoke to Andy spoke with him.  He was very helpful in letting me know which part of my RX I needed.  He told me about a mask that was on sale that the RX would work in.  Each lens is $25.00.  He was great because I had already figure about $100 for the whole thing and I was very happy with my $77.00 that was quoted to me along with a $6.00 shipping fee. 

The order was quickly taken and I had a follow-up email and the day it was shipped I also received an email with a tracking number.  I ordered the products on October 13, 2011, and received it today October 17, 2011.  I couldn't ask for faster shipping and the service was outstanding.
