Poor customer service after purchase
I ordered a ring from this site last year, probably 8 months ago. The customer service was good. They responded to my questions quickly. The price was competitive and I don't remember having any problems with shipping. Customer service after the sale, however, is non-existent. I need the ring I bought from them resized. The maker of the ring has free resizing (absent of postage of course). The only catch is getting the ring from me to the maker through a middle man - the company I bought the ring from, Sea of Diamonds. After two emails and a phone call two weeks ago, I have not heard from the company. The person I talked to on the phone told me he would get back to me, but he hasn't. What is funny is that before I bought the ring, I had inquired about this free resizing and how I would be able to take advantage of this, the customer service rep I talked to said just to contact them and they would take care of it because (with a chuckle), why would a store you didn't buy the ring from help with that. I guess the store you do buy it from won't help either!
