**NEVER, EVER AGAIN!**

I shop online almost everyday, but this place will never see me again!  It started out ok... until I received my package.  I loved the red box my 14K white gold bead chain came in.  I opened it up and was very disappointed!  I paid $267 for a dull, grayish white gold chain.  No sparkle at all.  It was suppose to be diamond cut, but you could've fooled me!  This was for a diamond pendant I have.  So I took it into a Jeweler I know to ask why the Chain looks like this.  He said a good 14K white gold piece will be rhodium plated to give it that bright shiny look.  Without it, you get the dull, gray look. ugh!  I mush admit, I am new to white gold, because recently I switched over from yellow gold.  My yellow gold always looked wonderful!  I never new these things about white gold, but I do now.  So I send the chain back, which they received on the 4-20-11.  I called them to ask when my credit would be given back, was told in a few days.  A few days go by, still nothing.  Call back again, I was put off again, told in a couple more days.  I wait over the weekend and call them back on Monday, May 2nd.  I ask Customer Service where is my refund?  He tells me for sure Monday or Tuesday.. well here it is late Tuesday night and still nothing.  I've called my Visa to open a complaint and filed with the BBB.  This Company definitely has a problem and doesn't care about customer service.  I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!  Stay Away... go elsewhere!!
