Tried to cancel order 2 days after I ordered camera and was told just to refuse delivery and I would get a refund. The reason I cancelled is because they didn't honor their price match policy Said they matched any authorized dealer and they won't. Finally got part of a refund with a $106.00 charege for restocking fee.
Won't ever think of doing business with these people again!!!

Aside from the ability to locate the product easily on their website and the good pricing this was not a favorable experience. It took two days to get a single sd card in the mail and once there it was not able to be tracked. It was also shipped very slowly - (5 days). Additionally, the product was not visually identical to the product image on the site though I do believe that it is legitimately the same product and not some knockoff.
Reasonable pricing (except to have paid for that shipping) for sure - just expect the product to take about a week to come in.

By email, I was told that the camera paper was delivered and signed for by someone's name I do not recognize. It was never delivered to my door. I was told the warranty was delivered and it was not and I was told the warranty was sent by email and it was not. I payed for both items and received nothing. I will never shop with this company again.

Slow shipping ....problem with my credit card....Once I was contacted I was able to solve immediately...Card company wanted to make sure it was a legal purchase. Camera was fine - but expected to receive a case with it...Local store and other merchants all offerred a free nikon case with purchase....I did not read fine print carefully...When I contacted customer service - and ask if I was suppose to have rec. a case - I received a short no - we are not the same as the Ritz store and I was hung up on....I ordered with Ritz on line to save tax - but would think twice about doing it again...The local store was very helpful - same offer with case but had to charge tax....Sometimes it is not smart to cut corners....Hopefully the camera will be fine. Also local store thru in a sd card....with case...

The problem on processing my order occured because although I provided a separate shipping address, the order processor did not get it entered correctly. When I brought this to the second processors attention, she cancelled the first order because your system does not facilitate changing the shipping address once the order processed. The second order was refused by my card. Now I had to wait for the first order to clear my card before I could process the seconfd order with the correct shipping address.
So an order I expected the next day took weeks. I was very frustrated and disappointed by this. There seemed to be no process to send this issue to any supervisor to fix the issue....I just had to wait because the first processor, not I, made a mistake.

Scale - Unacceptable. Placed order 12/3, in stock, didn't ship until about 12/18 despite 2 follow-ups and assurance from CS. Product arrived 12/23, after we had left to travel for Christmas. My mother didn't get this present. Scale with shipping was almost $40. Had to ship again for $11 more. $51 for a bathroom scale delivered late!
Memory - Incorrect web photo on order placed several months ago. Web site picture of initial product ordered suggested desktop memory, but it was laptop memory and looked very different. Eventually received the correct memory, but of course had to pay to ship back the incorrect order.

Very easy, I found exactly what I wanted for less than any other merchant. Unlike one company (not camera/video related) the only think I would recommend is that over holidays you inform mail/phone orders orders inform them that Federal Express is a little slow.

Ordered a pink camera on-line. Showed to be back ordered. Merchant eventually shipped a black camera. Never a follow-up if that would be acceptable. It is not acceptable. Now I am inconvenienced to retrieve a return label, package the camera back up and ship it back. Most atrocious service that I have ever received from an on-line merchant.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will NEVER purchase a product from here or suggest to anyone to purchase a product from here. I was guarenteed Christmas shipment. I confirmed my order several times while on-line chat with a customer service representative. I had an e-mail confirming my order but yet you didn't place the order. Not only did I no recieve the camera in time for Christmas, your idiotic staff, left a message on my home phone that my son heard. No more Christmas surprise!!!!!! You totally ruined what could have been a wonderful day. I called and wrote several times about my displeasure with my experience and was always told I had the wrong company. I even called. I never even got a sorry or an excuse as to why it was never shipped. I work with people every day and believe me, your company and its bad service have been the topic of conversation ever since and will continue to be. I am very angry and disappointed in your company. Your business practices are unacceptable.

Customer service is poor, I spent hours on the phone on mutiple days to get the order shipped out. When the person in customer service has such poor speaking skills that your have to ask them to repeat every word. I will not use the on line order process again. I wii go to the store or order elsewhere.

4 phone discussions with 3 different customer service representatives who did could only tell me information about my order - they could not, however, answer ANY question i had about the information they had to tell me.
I felt like i was talking to a book: "Don't ask it any questions, it will not answer them."

This order was ultimately cancelled by me. I was contacted the day after placing the order, by an unknown telephone # identifying themselves as Ritzcamera.com asking for my address and telephone #. When I contacted customer service (in India) I received service from ultimately a supervisor. After correcting the error on the order - I asked them to ship it overnight at no charge. He did not have the authority to do that. I spent an additional 1 hour of my time trying to correct the order - on hold - verifying telephone # etc. - wasting 2 days of ship time and then the supervisor could not authorize the order to be shipped over night. I will advise all others not to do business with Ritzcamera.com. The savings of tax is not worth the aggrevation of dealing with a foreign call center with no authority to do what is right by the customer.

The web-site indicated fast shipping, but the items I purchased did not receive this fast shipping. They came from a different fullfillment location. This added 4 days that I was not anticipating. I think I would rather pay 20% more and get them really fast from Amazon. If I buy from them in the future I will have to remember to plan on 10 - 14 days to receive. I find that a big negative. When I called to check on the status they were not able to offer any information but of the different fullfillment location.
