I ordered a factory refurbished D7000 from Ritz about two weeks before Christmas, late on a Friday night. This was before I thought about looking up their ratings online. Needless to say, I got very nervous as I read all the negatives about the store. Happily, though, the camera was shipped on Tuesday and got to my home on Saturday.  The entire process took one week. I still checked the camera thoroughly, made sure that the serial number is identical to the one on the box, etc. Everything functions as expected (and the camera only had 53 shutter clicks, which makes it practically brand new).

I haven't had any occasion to deal with them after the purchase because the camera works pretty well. I did get an extended warranty for free through their store, so that might be a different experience if/when I need to use it. Still, I got a great camera for a pretty decent price. So no complaints from this end. 

I decided to write this review just to balance all the negatives out there. I had a couple of sleepless nights worrying about my purchase before I got the email telling me that my camera had shipped. I'm glad things worked out for me and maybe I just got lucky. But I'm satisfied with my experience with Ritz. So far.
