Radioshack.com Sucks.

Several stores had the Sandisk Sansa 4GB mp3 player for a good price but I made the mistake of ordering from Radioshack.com.  A week after the order I called to ask when it would come in.  The operator told me it would be delivered the next week.  The next week I got an email saying they canceled the order b/c the item was now out of stock.  It took them a week and a half to figure out they didn't have enough players to cover the orders they received??  During that time I could have purchased it for the good price at other locations.  But since it took them so long, I was out of luck.  I emailed them with questions but got the generic response that they'd send a confirmation letter when my order shipped.  The order they canceled??  

They had the identical player in the color blue for the same price but when I called on the phone they refused to fulfill my order with that one b/c I had orderd the "black" one.  Of course, I could now pay $20 more though for the blue one.  I don't think so.  Guess who is taking their other recent purchases back to Radio Shack and never buying anything from them again.  ME!
