I've been a customer since 1987 and have always received great customer service, wonderful products and great value for the money.

everything I have purchased has been of great quality and in a very timely matter. I love shopping QVC clothes too they have been of great quality with a great price!!!

I'm very satisfied with these slipcovers, even though they were back ordered they were well worth waiting for.

Make most of them online, and the purchase is effortless. Website is easy to use. When using the phone to buy, automated system is a bit cumbersome and takes too long; often times the clothing size and color I want is sold out before I can get through all the selections you have to respond to. And trying to get through to a person involves a bit of wait with the same result as using the automated purchasing. Also, please leave the sizing of the garments on the screen a few seconds longer and put them up more frequently.

Any order I have submitted has come before the date listed and all products in good condition. I have returned items in the past and have had acc't credited with no problems. My returns have all been my error--wrong size.

I love QVC. They have excellent products and excellent customer service. The shipping charges are too much.

I love the products I purchase from QVC. The only thing I wonder about is the fact they charge tax to out of state residents. The other merchants don't charge out of state purchasers to pay taxes on the products.

I've enjoyed shopping there. I often watch the shows, but usually I order on-line rather than call in. When I did call in, the operators were helpful and pleasant. Returns are few, but easily done.

Shopping with QVC is convenient and the products are generally good quality.

Love to be able to send a QVC Gift Certificate

Can't track orders like some of the other Shopping channels that ship by UPS wish QVC would go back to the tracking status that an individual can log in an track their items. I believe QVC had that option before.

I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from QVC. One time I had a defective product, contacted QVC and two days later we had a replacement that worked perfectly. It was a kitchenaid stand mixer and the UPS driver picked up the defective product and dropped off the new one. I couldn't believe it was delivered that quickly. It certainly was not the fault of QVC and they made it right quickly!

Love shopping QVC excellent service and merchandise. Quality is the best only get my jewelry at QVC and have never had a problem with satisfaction or having to return something mainly because of size. Will keep shopping QVC its the best!!!!!!

The product arrived frozen when it was delivered by u.p.s.. I contacted the manufacturer and they didn't know if it would harm the product or not. I received the same response when I contacted QVC. I was advised to let it thaw out and then try it on something. I have not taken the time to do this.

I always have a good shopping experience with QVC. I have been shopping with them since 2003. It is easy to order, call customer service or return items. They sell good quality product and some things are unique to QVC. Very satisfied with QVC.
