the product was broken. they said they'd have the manufacturer call to trouble shoot - they never called. no i'm getting the run around for a return authorization. they blow! I'm disputing charges on my amex.

I would not purchase or attempt to purchase from Pro-Med again. I cancelled my order because I needed a prescription to buy a ultrasound therapy machine that you can buy anywhere else without one, which I did.

I place order on 4/12/08 and as of this date have not received product. No notification was made to me until I called to find out status and person could not tell me the status because shipping dept. was closed. Person Left message today that my order is out of stock and I will have to wait another 10 more days. If I knew this ahead of time I would have not order product or waited if I was well inform that there will be a delay, but it took my phone call to find out status.

SCAM - Shipped me a product becuase I googled their website.

I was searching for a Cervical Roll, I found one on this companies website but never placed the order because of high shipping charges.

I never received an order confirmation.

A week later the product arrived and my credit card was charged.

When I called to return they said "You googled our website which means you placed an order".

They issued me an RA# but I had to pay the shipping both ways.

Avoid.

ordered 2 products, paid $67.00 for 2 day air delivery. One product arrived in 3 days, 2ond item still not here as of this date. Emailed customer rep. inquired about 2ond item also requisted partial refund on postage. Service rep contacted me saying my other item is coming from the manufacturer about the 30th, but no mention of my shipping charges what so ever. Not a happy experience for me.

It took to long to acknowledge and process my order online (5 days to get a first response) and then I was told that the shipping was calculated wrong and it would be another fifty dollars, but they did give the option to have it send ground instead of second day. They did respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, but I have not heard back from them since and no way to track my order (at least I haven't been able to find a way going to their site). I would buy from them again, but I think I'd do it over the phone instead.

Unfortunately, product is out of stock. No further communication provided except for initial phonecall to let me know item would not ship as originally promised.

It really would have been nice if the site would have provided the UPS shipping ID so I could track the shipment through UPS. At this point all I know is that the item has been shipped, however, it has not been received yet. If I do not receive it in the next few days, I will contact the site for additional help in locating it with UPS.

Received one item (cuff weights)quickly and was able to track on UPS.com. Other proucts shipped directly from mfgr. have not arrived and haven't received any notice that they are being shipped.

good morning, i have not received my whole order as yet. i did get the cycle but have NOT received the knee brace. The tracking number was correct and part of the order came but I have had no correspondence regarding the rest of the order. I could not tell fromthe info I receivedon line that my order would not come together.Could youplease check into this and email me a response. I am awaiting a knee brace at this point. Thanks. I am a new customer to this company.

The product arrived very quickly. It was not packed very well and the cap was a little loose resulting in a very minor spill of the biofreeze. Overall, I was happy with the shopping experience and will most likely purchase again.

Product was delivered on time. There is a puncture in the bottom of the carton with product exposed. Does not appear to be damaged, but won't know for certain until opened & inspected on Christmas day.

The only thing that was challenging for me about Pro-Med is that the site is designed for medical professionals and I'm a consumer. I did, however, see several other products that interested me, and would shop there again.
