the longest delivery, bad customer service, it sucks
My husband and I were looking for a special crib everywhere here in Connecticut. We found the perfect one at PBK and we ordered it mid-June, along with a daybed and a changing table with a wall system. Also we fell in love with the night stand. We never imagined that it was going to take this long. When we call customer service it takes 30 minutes to find out where all the pieces are "we have a shelf in California, (the table is someplace else).." It seems that if we are not after things, orders in the warehouses will never be placed. Even when we bought the nightstand at the store, we had to pick it up, the clerk at that time brought the box for us to carry it to the garage in the mall, they didnt offer to take it for us, we left and came back the next day so they have time to look for a cart. Then at home, the nightstand was dented. When I called, the woman said "well, how dented is it?" Was she thinking that I was going to take a mildly dented item and I was calling just to let her know? Anyway, again we called and they cant give us accurate information, we just have to wait. I am an expecting mother, waiting for my baby is bad enough. Paying this much money I think I deserve better.
