I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with customer service. Even though their prices are excellent, they failed to ship a prescription medication because a toy that was part of the order was out of stock. First, they failed to inform me that the item was out of stock. Second, every night I called, they told me that the medication was going to be shipped the next day. Finally, nearly a week after I placed the order, they agreed to ship the order through overnight/express mail. Of course, even though a day has now passed, I STILL have not received the order. After waiting on hold for nearly 15 minutes to speak with a customer service supervisor, the supervisor's attitude was "I said I was sorry. What else do you want me to do?" Needless to say, despite their good prices, I cannot risk purchasing my dog's medication through PETCARERX ever again.

While the prices for the prescription medication were low, the customer service and order fulfillment quality was even lower. I was looking forward to the convenience of their autoship feature. In reality, this worked a couple of times and then stopped without explanation or ability to change. My attempts to contact "Live Chat" were answered with an email asking me to call customer service (within the constraints of their business hours and time zone). Even calling customer service did not help. Although the representative agreed to ship the neglected autoship, it has never arrived. My attempts to contact the company were answered with an autoreply email stating I would be contacted within a day (or so). My pet is without of medications so this was not acceptable. The entire time I was trying to resolve this issue, I was receiving 2 emails per day offering discounts. No thanks!

I have been using PetcareRX for the past two years...primarily to purchase flea/tick and joint health products for my 8 cats and 5 dogs. The prices are better than anyplace else I have found (which sells legal products!), the service/shipping has consistently been efficient and fast, and the products as guaranteed. It's true that the occasional recorded phone messages are somewhat annoying (they usually come about once a month..no more than that), but it is a small annoyance compared to the overall service and pricing I get!

Their prices are good, however, as soon as you place an order they start bombarding you with recorded phone calls "reminding" you that your prescription is due for refill. This started within a day or two after I received my order, which was a 60 day supply.
