Terrible Products matched with Terrible Customer Service. Great website though :(

So after searching the web for groomsmen gifts, i was attracted to how well personalizationmall.com was setup. The ordering went so well i thought it was a sure bet. The shipping was quick, and All was well until I actually opened the packages and found VERY poor quality products. I had ordered 4 leather wrapped flasks and 1 large beer mug with badges. Each flask not only came with the leather unwrapping itself on the back side, with the glue exposed, two of the badges were already falling off. Already i was not pleased, but i pulled the beer mug out to check it and found that its badge too was falling off. The badge wasnt even the same contour as the mug.
So needless to say.. im in a huge hurry to prepare for this wedding, and now i have subpar gifts. I called customer service, and they made me take pictures of all the defects, in order to have them refunded. This is not ok.
Im now 1 week away from the big day, and instead of spending my time helping the fiance, im fighing a battle with getting my groomsmen the gifts they deserve.
If i may make one recommendation to people.. dont buy this stuff online. Find a place local where you can see and feel the products before you buy them.
