Worst online experience I've had. Leaves a lot to desired.

Terrible. I used the ship to store option for a pair of shoes to be worn in a wedding. I placed the order well before they were needed so they would arrive in plenty of time. Then 5 days after they were supposed to arrive at the store I received an email saying they hadn't shipped and it would be another 10 days before the order processed. At that point I didn't to trust they would arrive in time and I called the online sales number and was told I couldn't cancel the order, that when they did arrive I'd have to go to the store and return them myself. Not only that, they couldn't help me locate a pair at a store in my area. I had to personally call no less than 15 stores to locate a pair (just because they're computer says they have a pair in inventory doesn't mean they really do, they have to personally go find the pair on the shelf). Then when the store called to inform me the shoes I ordered online finally arrived; the staff in store (through no fault of their own) couldn't tell from the invoice if I'd ever been charged so I couldn't return the items. And, only one of the items had shipped. Finally 3 months later, I was given a refund (only after refusing a store credit). The staff in the store tired their hardest; it was the online arm of the company that was terrible. I wouldn't order online unless it's not something you're willing to do without.
