Great selection of movies at good prices. I would like to see some more info on the DVDs, such as Widescreen or Full screen, Surround sound formats, etc. Unless its stated in the Title, you may not know what format in which the movie is presented.

QUICK AND EASY

The product I ordered(Gemstone Clutch) arrived with stone missing and spaces were the beading was. I reported this to Overstock and they are sending me a replacement.

The tracking system would not update to get current information. I do not think it is overstocks fault, i believe UPS needs to update their systems more often.

I am satisfied with Overstock.com. A ring and earrings were larger then I expected. Were good quality so can't beef and one must expect such things when shopping the net. I read the reviews on products a factor on my selections. Great and quick sevice on my book and CD purchase. I check Overstock first before shopping OVC or HSN.

I have bought many things from Overstock.com and have been very happy with the items and the merchant. That could have been because everything arrived in fine condition. Now I have an umbrella that arrived broken. The return process has been an on-going nightmare. One department doesn't seem to talk to another. I ordered another umbrella at a higher price and did not want a replacement but just a credit. Now I still have the broken umbrella because no one has sent me the information I need on the return, the new, better umbrella that I ordered and I got an e-mail telling me the replacement umbrella is on it's way! What a mess is being made of a simple issue!

Overstock is easy to navigate and very easy to purchase from. I have purchased a wide array of items from them and also used the auction facility. I cannot complement them enough on their excellent prices, range of products and ability to provide an exemplary customer experience.

I was disapointed that the rug that I recieved did not at all look like what I had ordered. The website called the prominent color "royal red" and in truth, it was brown. I did decide to keep the rug as it fit the scheme in another room, but will be much more wary in placing a future order.

It has been great so far-will continue to shop at overstock.com!

Instead of receiving the children's book I ordered I received a rock photography coffee table book which Overstock.com told me to keep rather than ship back. I have no use for this item. They gave me a credit for the price of the children's book I ordered shipping so I can still order the item but I am annoyed by the inconvenience. I would have preferred them to reship the order faster with no additional expense to me. I will use the credit but I'm not sure I will use it to buy the same item.

Excellent!!! I have been looking for a bench /ottoman /coffee table for my family room and they were all very expensive, cheaply made, not the right look in the stores. My children suggested I try Overstock.com and I found what we wanted. Although I was apprehensive at first of the red (the only color left), when it came it was in great condition, the color is awesome in my room, and the quality was high end. It was my first Overstock.com purchase.

Overstock.com is a good place to shop, but I found with my purchase -the laptop came without good instructions for correct assembly and without reasonable help/assistance. Any purchase should have a good source for help.
