The table was damaged. I am now in the process of having it picked up by UPs, so of course, my refund has not yet been processed. I presume all will go well once you receive the damaged table back at Overstock.com

oVERSTOCK WAS ONE OF THE FEW MERCHANTS THAT CARRIED THE ITEM i WANTED. IT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED IN ON THEIR SITE. I was happywith the 2 items and would purchase from them again. It arrived before Xmas which was a concern for me.

prices were simply EXCELLENT. good range of selection. i bought something boring, a wall mount for a flatscreen tv. a good mount will retail from $99-$250. the one i bought here cost $48, but was retailing elsewhere at $150. excellent deal, and excellent mount (by "level mount"... super high quality fit, finish and construction). very happy. inexpensive shipping (like what is it, $2?!) was wonderful too..

I recently ordered some earrings for my wife for christmas on overstock.com. The problem started when they guaranteed it be delivered by december 24. I ordered my product on December 14th because of this "guarantee". However, when I had not recieved my product by december 23rd, I called the customer service line and they guaranteed me again that it was guaranteed by the 24th and would be there the next day. However, on the 24th it did not show up in the mail. I called again and they conveniently told me that this was not a guaranteed item. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP. It seemed everything was different when it did not show and they told me a lie about the guarantee. I would never shop here again. I would also recommend you spend the extra 10% that you supposedly save at another website that actually stands behind there word. Very poor experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought 2 oriental area carpets from Overstock.com for $242.00 and received them just before Thanksgiving.  When I examined them, I realized they were nothing like the "pictures".  The colors were different, the quality and clarity of the print was much less detailed than shown in the pictures.I immediately re-rolled them and placed them back in their bags.  I logged on to the Overstock customer service dept and got a return form.  The shipping was $50.00.  I accepted that and figured it was part of doing business online.Today I received and email from Overstock saying the carpets were stained and could not be restocked.  They charged me an additional $121.00.My total refund on returned $242.00 merchandise was $71.00.

Overstock has excellent prices, and fast shipping. I also like that Overstock will inform you when something is on backorder.

The prices on the Canadian side of overstock are ridiculous and when I tried ordering from the US side they wouldn't accept my Canadian credit card even though I was having it shipped within the US. Completely unacceptable. I emailed them and they have never responded. I am not going to pay $20-$30 more for the exact same item just because I am a Canadian. Especially when the dollar is nearly at par! I proceeded to find the item I wanted from Amazon.com for the same price as the US price on Overstock and had NO issues sending it to an American address and using a Canadian credit card.
