It was just as expected and worked out well

The set was what I ordered but did not fit my bed. It was returned.

My order was received exactly as presented online, and it was on time. The shipping rates were low compared with rates of other merchants.

Finding and purchasing the product I was looking for was very easy. Delivery was on time as scheduled. I'm completely with my purchase.

Rip off, returned a suit that was sent in a size clearly not the one I ordered. Refused my refund, do not buy from overstock.com. Poor service, no refund and no product. Worst online retailer I have ever det with!

I started out looking for a cheval-style mirror for my bedroom, and the prices were so reasonable that I ended up ordering the whole set-mirror,bedframe-head and footboard,nightstand and bench.I really like this bedrrom set. Thanks, Overstock!

I have been looking for a compost bin for a while, got this at a good price & it arrived quicker than I expected.

The only problem was I called to make sure the blender was not REFURBISHED. The person who received the call at overstock.com told me the unit was A NEW BLENDER. I was NOT HAPPY when we received A REFURBISHED MACHINE. Don't know if I would purchase anything again.

One shelf on one unit was slightly bent probably in shipping. I straightened it.

First time ordering from Overstock, item arrived quickly. After looking at the item I discovered the item was not what was pictured.  Trying to return the item I discover that the return shipping was goingt to cost me the same as the purchase price and shipping. Total rip off! I will not be purchasing anything from the site again if this is the way they do business. 

1) Overstock.com does not even have that great of prices.
2) I bought a $90 electric blanket, then it went on sale.  It had been 12 days since I bought the blanket and I asked for a price adjustment.  They said "nope."
3) Fast forward about 90 days, the blanket no longer works.  Just quit.  Well, again, I am out of luck.  They only take returns within 30 days.  I think that fine UNLESS the item is defective!  Basically they said "too bad."

I feel foolish to have done business with them in the first place.  I will stick with Kohl's from now on!!

Service was very good ,received the item very quickly, and zI head to return due the dress not fitting. No problem as return label was available . I would use this site again. Regards Carrie Gagliardi

original order was shipped to the wrong address, replacement order came promptly. Last 2 orders from Overstock have had shipping errors.

the chandelier is not what we were expecting. the photo from the web wasn't that great. i won't be using this chandelier and because of the re-stocking fee and cost to pay to return it, we'll just keep it and try to sell it on craigslist. won't buy from this seller again because of their return policy. www.tiffanydirect.com

Great products and great customer service.  I have bought many things on overstock.com and all of them have been great.  I recently purchased an office chair and one of the arms had a scratch in it.  I e-mailed customer service on Saturday and they got back to me within 2 hours!  They immediately sent out a new arm for the chair and didn't give me any problems.  Very easy and great handeling of a situation!

Wonderful experience; therefore I WILL shop here again.

Found exactly what I wanted at a very excellent price!

While the price was right for the bike rack I ordered everything else was lacking.  The Living Social coupon I bought did not work when I tried to place the order and I had to pay for the full value and wait for them to refund the value of the coupon.  While that was a minor inconvenience they compounded it with a failure to ship the item.  The shipping label was created but it was never sent out.  When I contacted them a week after I ordered it they told me the status of the shipment just wasn't updated.  Of course the next day I get an update saying it had just been shipped from their warehouse and it finally arrived at my door a week later than it should have.  It's one thing to have a shipping oversight, it's a whole other thing to lie to me and say it was just a problem with the computer updating the status.  The headaches along the way didn't justify the price that was comparable to many other online sites.  Gave you a try after a long hiatus Overstock, after this buying experience I won't be coming back.

I ordered my coat online. Reviews were very helpful and the site was very user friendly. I received my coat very fast and it was exactly what I expected. I would definitely purchase from Overstock.com again.
