I have ordered from OTC several times for my children's birthday parties, and have been very satisfied each time.

Most recently, I was looking for items for a train-themed birthday party that was NOT commercially-licensed (such as "Thomas"), and OTC had a great selection. I just did a search on "train", and all the items that they had popped up for me to browse through. They really had everything that I needed, including the railroad crossing balloons with the yellow-and-black "RR CROSSING" symbol, a paper centerpiece with a big train, and great little items like train-shaped suckers, engineer hats, stickers, etc. that I used for the gift bags.

The website was extremely easy to use and navigate, and the shopping cart was also very easy. Everything arrived very quickly and was packed well. The only thing that didn't work out was one of the balloons did not hold air when we tried to have it filled, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. I did not bother to go through Customer Service to try and get a credit for one balloon.

Overall, I was very pleased and will likely order from them again in the future, because it just makes the whole party-planning process affordable, quick, and easy.
