There was a slight delay in the order, however, there was a holiday that interfered with normal shipping. The price and product were excellent.

UPS could not deliver my package because there was no street address on it. I waited for them to deliver 3 different times and didn't find out the address wasn't on the package, until I called myself. If I hadn't been able to track it, I wouldn't have known what was going on at all. I never received any kind of call from you or UPS. Then I made 2 trips to UPS to get it myself because I didn't want to wait any longer. I ordered the shoes 2 weeks ago today and finally got them myself today. Not very happy...

I received the merchanidise I ordered, as advertised, on time and in good condition.

ordered 3 pair - 2 Rockports and a pair of Reeboks, all listed as in-stock. Actually, 2 were and the 3rd pair was shipped separately/direct from Rockport. I received timely email updates re the status of my order. I did think that they should have arrived a bit sooner than they did, took about 2 weeks; not an unreasonable time frame, just thought it could have been sooner.

I got exactly what I paid for, packaging was fine for the type of product shipped, and prices were very competitive. I think I'd shop here again.

The merchant provides quality products at reasonable prices with quality service. I erred and ordered the wrong sizes on 2 separate orders - with quality shoes a 1/2 inch longer makes a significant difference - my wife also had to return her's for the same reason. C S agents Chicquita and Tara could not have done more to help me arrange for the free return UPS labels and ordering the correct size replacement. Only problem is the website - its addictive - it is so well organized and easy to manuever you find yourself returning to it - the Rockport's provide good support and are very comfortable comfortable. I have a winner and I am sticking with it.

In early days of the Internet, onlineshoes.com was one of the few reliable companies in a field of fly by nights-low prices, great customer services. Over the years its prices have risen so I haven't been shopping there but I noticed that they claim that they will match prices. Since I had good memories of their service, I called to see if they would match another website price. From the beginning of the call it was clear they weren't going too- first they claimed their price was lower (it was $120 higher) then they claimed that it wasn't the same shoe. It was the same manufacturer, same name same color same description!! Never again!

I ordered quark pro air II. I love them and will buy from again. If you are not completely satisfies they will e-mail you a prepaid return shipping label. shipped very fast. I am completely satisfied and will gladly shop there again.

MIA: I orderd a pair of Bacco Bucci Maddox from onlineshoes.com because the price point was great, and from their email order confirmation it stated that the
shoe was in stock and would ship in 1 business day. I waited a week no shipping number so I emailed CS. They sent back a response that the shoe would be shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 5 days???? (No problem but, The manufacturer is in Italy)Anyway, 2 weeks down the road, still nothing. So I send another email to CS and a day later I get a response.

"I have contacted Bacco Bucci and they have informed us the item Maddox is no longer available and cannot be ordered by us. This order has been cancelled and no charges has been made your account.

Please give us the opportunity to provide you with an alternate item. Contact us for help choosing or to place your order".....I think not. It shouldn't have taken that long to get this answer. No wonder they don't have a Testimonial Page.

Excellent company. Shoe broke after 6 weeks, I had no paperwork. No problem: company emailed me a prepaid return shipping label, replaced shoes.

Everything was great! Order was fulfilled in 1 biz day, shipped next day... tax and shipping free! I couldn't find the classic Rod Laver adidas shoes anywhere in stores in San Diego... they had them in stock in my size...

Found great deal on late model running shoes. Could not find 'em anywhere else for such good price. I have normal size feet, too. Delivery was speedy and everything came in when they said it would. I like this site shop-by-size feature in Clearance section. Good site.

OnlineShoes.com had the shoes I was looking for at a price much less than any other online source I could find. They were very helpful on the phone when I called to verify that the shoes were actually in-stock and available for order. I used their "Standard, Free Shipping" option and the shoes were delivered the NEXT DAY! Now I only live one state away from where the shoes were shipped, but it still tells me that they processed my order RIGHT AWAY.

I am very happy with my first order from OnlineShoes.com and I will not hesitate to purchase shoes from them again.

I ordered shoes from onlineshoes and never got them. After a month, they still could not even come up with a tracking number, so I asked for a refund, that I am now currently waiting on for three days now. With that said, I will let you be the judge!

I had a bad experience with onlineshoes.com. The delivery was slow and when I finally did receive the package it only had one shoe in it. I then was told they left the other out on their store floor for a sample and that I would have to wait for standard delivery for the other shoe unless I wanted to pay for more shipping charges. The shoes were great once I got them, but bad customer service.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and they all arrived on my doorstep within the time period Onlineshoes.com said they would (3-7 days w/ Free Ground shipping). The shoes that showed up were what I had ordered. 2 of the pairs of shoes I returned. It was easy to return and I received credit for the 2 returned pairs. Overall, the shopping experience was easy and it was great to get new shoes. The site is appealing and easy to navigate. I will shop at Onlineshoes.com again.
