The customer service rep was so polite, but couldn't solve the problem. I live in guam. I ordered shoes, put in my address, (it had an option for guam on the on line form) and then I started geting polite emails saying so sorry, but we can't ship to guam. Why give me the option of guam if you are just going to cancel the order later?

I ordered a pair of hard to find shoes for work. After I placed the order, I decided I liked them so much I'd get a second pair to have when the first wore out so I immediately placed a second order. A couple of hours later I got a phone call from the company making sure I really wanted two pair of the same shoe or was there a mistake. They were concerned about overcharging me and sending unwanted merchandise. What OUTSTANDING and unheard of service in the internet ordering world. Will definitely buy A LOT of my shoes from them!

super fast order processing and delivery. the shoes got to my house 3 days after I made an order on a Sunday! The only downside was the order tracking did not show any movement until after the shoes were delivered to the house, but that UPS's fault, not Onlineshoes.com's.

Located a pair of shoes that the local manufacturer's retail store said they could not get. (Between ordering and receiving these shoes, the manufacturer created a new model.). Having purchased a different pair on the same last, I had no reservations about ordering that size on-line. Ordering process went smoothly. Needed size was in stock. Shoes fit well and perform excellently (New Balance). When Onlineshoes.com e-mailed me a clearance catalog, I found a pair of Doc Marten boots that I had not been able to find at the Doc Marten retail store in Portland, Oregon. On sale, too. These just arrived and, while a bit difficult to get on, they fit well if I wear a thinner sock than my usual athletic sock. I'm waiting to waterproof them before wearing them. I typically make the round of the local (and not so local) shoe discounters. Because I wear a large size, it is a rare event that I can find a shoe that I want in my size. I'll be shopping on line again when I need shoes, but maybe not for a brand where I don't know the last and the sizing.

Super fast FREE shipping, great pictures and product descriptions. Was a little concerned in color "brown/black", but the pictures ended up being exactly how the shoes looked when they arrived.
Placed my order 2 days before Labor Day (Saturday), and had the shoes at my door 2 days after Labor Day (Wednesday). That's fast.
I paid sales tax, so I'm sure they were shipped from within the state, but still; good to see a company on the ball like that.

This vendor was very accomodating. I was making this particular purchase to comply with the required attire for my upcoming bilateral knee replacement surgery (I found I do not own a pair of closed shoes as I live in Florida). I asked if the shipment were to be delayed or for any reason they could not complete the order by the stated timeframe for them to notify me so I could make other arrangements. They responded almost immediately even though it was a Sunday and while the merchandise is not normally picked up for delivery until normal business days, which would have been Monday, nor would it have normally been fulfilled until then, their response indicated the merchandise had already been packed up and would be shipped immediately and I would receive them on the 20th of the month. They arrived promptly on that date and were packaged properly. I would definately do business with them again in the future. I would also highly recommend them to friends and family for their excellent service, availability and variety of merchandise, quality products and competitive pricing.
