"DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT, do business with this company!!! You work hard enough for your money to have THIEVES like onlinecarstereo take your money away. Be wise and listen to what the majority of reviewers are telling you about this site. I spent $500 on an amp and speakers only for them to tell me that UPS picked up the order and didn't update their system which is why today, 6 days after the order confirmation was received, the tracking page only says that a label has been created, If you are at this stage already, I'm sorry.Numerous calls to UPS and I have been told the same thing more than six times now. "I'm sorry sir, we do not have that package in our possesion." Shop elsewhere, the 10-20 dollars you save ain't worth the hassle. Go to Crutchfield or Sonic electronics. Needless to say I never received the order and boy oh boy, the customer service is non-existant so don't even call, you'll give yourself heartburn for no good reason. Take your money and run OR if you have a tree that dishes out $100 dollar bills every half hour in your backyard, order from onlinecarstereo. It boggles my mind that after so many customer complaints and better business bureau complaint filings that this company is still operational."
