Ship address different state from billing address. OneCall did not send out order timely, then expedited order. FedEx did not treat package as expedited and spent Saturday driving to different locations and on the phone discussing with customer service and was finally able to pick up at FedEx location. Unexpectedly, spent a lot of time and gas.

I found the product I was looking for on the OneCall website. I watched their excellent video detailing the camera I wanted. Then I called their toll free # and got a TERRIFIC salesman who was extremely helpful and placed my order. I needed this camera for a graduation gift and had been looking everywhere in my city but couldn't find it in the unusual color PINK for my daughter. She had wanted this one since it first was advertised. Yes, I got it overnight on the day of her graduation. SHE WAS ECSTATIC! And, so am I for ONECALL!

All was OK. I did have to return the item. It was not their fault. It was a problem with sort on Amazon and I did not see it.

One call is great! The price dropped at another etailer and they adjusted it for me more than 2-weeks after the sale. As their name says.. give 'em a call for the best pricing which they cannot advertise on-line due to manufacturer pricing policies. To be an authorized merchant OneCall's hands are tied for on-line pricing so pick up the phone and make that one call.

They stated my order was accepted, and that the item would ship. I then cancelled two long standing back-orders from other vendors. One call later called me and stated that they did not have a camera to ship to me. I will never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know the same.

The shipping co. removed the tv from the pallet, when the box specifically said not to., and the bottom of the box was damaged. I feared the tv was broken,the shipper could'nt wait and had me sighn off before I checked the contents.It was an uncomfortable experience.

while i`m happy with the product i purchased the carrier company thet delivered the product was terrible!! i was told that the delivery was free(and it was)but when trying to schedule a time to make it the person i talked to couldn`t have been more rude and difficult.i was told there were no weekend deliveries,they couldn`t come in the morning if i waited til the end of the week i would be charged a storage fee and on the the day they came i needed to be available between9-6.which they said was not a whole day of work i had to take off. the deliery person on the truck was very helpful.
