I Love the oldnavy online store experience!

I definitely prefer the online experience at oldnavy.com. The stores are always crowded and they rarely carry a size small, or they just get bought out before I get there.
It’s also convenient because the closest store is over 60 miles away from my home.
The online store is very easy to use. Adding to the shopping cart is very fast and all the options, such as size, color, etc., are chosen on a simple form with a few clicks. The drop down box that lets you know that an item has been added is very nice.
The checkout process is also fast and easy. If something is not available, you will be given recommended similar options.
They almost always offer free shipping, even on small orders of $50, or just $5 for small orders, which is just another added benefit.
Sales online are great too. I can find lower prices online than I can in the store and it seems like almost everything is on sale!
It also seems that the selection is better on the types of products available. I have went into the stores and have not been able to find products that were featured online.
The “about the product” window box is also nice. At a quick glance you can find out all the details about the product, such as the material and care, and also added details.
