I always look at their website from time to time to see what's new. But I always buy from the Old Navy Online Store when they have a sale, which they have all the time. They have a huge variety of clothing that fit a size XL like me, that's hard to find elsewhere. I can find everything I need from tops, to underwears and even shoes. All the materials of the clothes are great. Their styles are always in fashion and feel comfortable. They also mix and match online so you can see which certain pieces would go good together. I love the flat rate shipping as well, it's hard to beat that $5 shipping. I always get exactly what I ordered and never been unhappy. It takes about 7 to 10 days to get the items and they are surely worth the wait. The customer service staff are friendly every time I call and have a question. They are all knowledgeable. Overall, I will keep on buying from Old Navy because it saves me a lot of time and gas money. There are more styles for me online than there are at the store. I hope the quality of their products stay good and affordable.
