I would never purchase anything from this website.
I placed an order for a Christmas present for my mom on Nov. 14th, 2007. The next day I received an Order Confirmation and I figured I was all set.
Twelve days later on November 26th I received an Out of Stock notification, saying that my order was canceled. TWELVE DAYS!! At this point I called up to complain and was told that I could get 10% off any other item. This same day i received a promotion e-mail from them saying that everything in the store was 20% off anyways. I asked this support rep if that meant I could get 30% off an item. He replied that no, I would have to choose one or the other.
So what this guy is telling me is that he could give me 10% off over the phone, or online by myself i could get 20%. This was absurd to me, so I insisted to talk to a manager. I was told one would would contact as soon as possible. I didnt hear from them again until December 4th. One week later I finally heard from the 'Second Level Supervisor' who was there to help solve my problems. This guy seemed a little better as he was able to offer me 30% off any item.
Here is the best part though, because it was now December, and their products usually leave the warehouse in 9 business days. This ships with 5-9 day shipping so it was not possible to guarantee Christmas delivery on ANY items, and that it was not likely.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life, and I do not know how they are still in business.
