Site was easy to navigate. Checkout was intuitive. However, it would have been better if you can ship to another address other than your billing address without having to inform your credit card company. It's inconvenient to have to call your credit card company to give authorization to ship to another address. The product came in good condition.

I have used Newegg a number of times and have found their prices excellent and their shipping superb. Items were always as promised and arrived in good condition. However, until recently I never had to avail myself of their customer service. Recently, wanted to get a few gift items and ordered them from Newegg. However, the order couldn't process because of the credit card not going through. It was the same card that was used numerous times at Newegg and according to the bank there was no reason for it not to go through and they had no record of declining it so I called Newegg customer service. And then I called them again. After 6 times it became apparent that the only thing they would do was reenter the correct information into the computer again and initiate another charge. I used two different cards and both banks said Newegg wasn't being declined. But Newegg refused to call either bank to figure out what the problem was. Ended up canceling the order and going elsewhere. I like their prices but their service is terrible.

Delivery is better than on-time. I can always rely on getting what I need in minimal time with low if any shipping costs. Customer service is outstanding and will assist if needed to correct a problem. Highly recommended place to shop.

Newegg.com rocks! Ordered several 'refurbished' Shuttle barebones systems along with various components i.e. processors, hard drives, memory, etc. The systems appeared to be 'new,' not 'refurbished!' Everything else arrived as advertised or better. Shipping was fast with items arriving in five days or less. Newegg is very competitive, extremely reliable and a top notch online reseller!
