I recently attempted to buy a 59 inch Samsung 3d smart tv (Pnd6500) from newegg.  It was onsale for a great price 999$ and seemed to good of a deal to pass up.  I was charged for the purchase immidiately but 4-5 days later no word on shipping.  I called to see what the issue was and was told everything was fine just a delay in processing. I told them if there was going to be a long delay I needed to cancel my order so I could buy a different tv that was onsale in time for christmas.  They stated theat my order couldnt not be canceled but should ship soon.  I called again 3 days later and got the same speach. Now the very next day my order gets canceled stating they did not have the inventory to fill the order but the were willing to sell me a  Zenith Z60PV220 as a replacement for 849.  So they take 10days to void the first deal then offer to sell me a horrible non 3d tv for 50$ more than best buy sold it last weekend to make it up to me?   I have had decent experience in the past from new egg but they have now lost a customer for life.
