My shopping experience has been great with Newegg until my last purchase. After purchasing a SAMSUNG 710N-BK Black 17" 12ms LCD Monitor I went to the manufactures web sight to find out this was a discontinued produce. After emailing Newegg they admitted it was discontinued but refused to indicate it was so in their advertisement. Buyer be ware. They also would not let me post a message in their review area stating it is a discontinued item.

Newegg.com rocks!! I have ordered from other online computer parts companies and Newegg beats them all. I only order from Newegg because normally there prices are better than anyone elses and even when they aren't it's worth the few extra bucks for their awesome customer service. I wish everywhere had customer service like Newegg's, everytime I have had a problem they have responded to my emails promptly and have gone above and beyond what they had to do to help me out. I only order my computer parts from Newegg. They always ship my orders on time or even more often way ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Newegg.

I was very impressed with the speed at which I received the product. Ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday. A producted I ordered on the 6th from another company did not get here until the 17th. I was also impressed with the ease of returning a product I had ordered from NewEgg earlier. This is a good company to deal with.

Wonderful experience, I have order numerous items, and have had to send only 2 back for a replacement. And when I was missing an Item that had to be sent back with the main hardware piece, Newegg Customer Support worked with me and let me send it without the missing item.

Placed order on a Friday afternoon - dang I thought, it's the weekend and I need that hard drive yesterday. Newegg had it on the truck by closing. The best packaging I have ever seen! Exactly as ordered my new hard drive, cd drive and flash drive all bubbled up - sturdy boxes - mishandling? no problem %^) - this packaging was ready for just about anything.

Newegg continues to provide a good variety with excellent shipping processing times and good shipping prices. (Often free or less than $5). Pricing is average but they run specials regularly and therein can be had outstanding deals. Watch for their combo offers to save a little more. Highly recommend their web site for performance and ease of use. I suggest you always check with Newegg.com for comparison costs, include shipping in your total cost and Newegg will often be very well priced. Add to this their excellent customer service and you won't be dissappointed with them.

In this day and age it’s hard to find online retailers that stand up to their promises like Newegg.com did. I ordered my item by 11 a.m. using regular shipping (FedEx Saver), and I had my item the day after! It was just amazing. I needed the item so bad and it just made me extremely happy to see that they actually shipped my order same day. I called to see if that would be possible, and even though they did not make any promises, they went ahead and sent the item same day. And the item was of course great. Their price was unbeatable... Never taken longer to ship than 24 hours even without the rush processing...All my orders have arrived flawlessly and always within 2 days (CA to GA) with the fedex express saver shipping (the cheapest one). Prices are low and the site is easy to use. I see no reason to shop anywhere else. Also customer service is unreal...I hope they pay those people a lot.

I have built several computers over the last 3 or 4 years and have bought most of my parts from newegg.com. They have the best average prices of anyone online or offline. I wondered for 2 years what their customer service would be like, I finally found out. I decided that a video card in my latest build wasnt fast enough for me, so I exchanged it. My return shipment to them was slow and didnt get there in time. I called them to try to explain that I am new to the shipping game and the service rep told me not to worry about the date, that it would be accepted when it got there. Newegg is just great.

I have order all kinds of items online and from many stores, newegg has the fastest shipping. They use fedex, I don't know if that's the reason but I enjoy the fast shipping anyway.

Great service and prices. They need to offer alternatives to their very expensive shipping. Some of us do not need next day or two day shipping. A UPS ground or US Priority mail option would cost considerabley less!!
