I used to love to shop at Neimans, but have to do it all online as the closest NM to me is 150 mile trip.   Well over the past few years I spent 10's of thousands of dollars at NM, and just got a very nasty letter from them, they closed my account and will not let me order anything more from them!!  The reason is because I order and then return items.  Yes I do order and return, due to the fact that I might order something in 3 different sizes and then return the 2 sizes that do not fit me and only keep one of the three items.   I wonder how the designers would feel if they knew that NM will not allow certain people to shop on the website?  I find their letter to be nasty and too childish!  Talk about cutting one's nose off to spite their face!  NM has a very negative way of addressing their long time customer, instead of looking at the fact that I often spent 5,000.00 plus a season, they chose to look at my returns.   So, now I take my business else where.  Barney's and Saks are both willing and ready to take my money!
