Worse service ever, don't expect me coming back

can i say worse experience of my life? i've had an online service rep even terminate my conversation becuase she said it was innappropriate. I WAS ONLY TELLING HER HOW I FELT.
i did not cuss, i did not swear. i started off buying a pair of boots i've wanted for years... but they wre out of stock so i had to wait 1 month for htem to come to me. fiar enough
it was a bit pricey for boots (350.00) but i swallowed it because i wanted them. then 2 weeks after i recieve them i see they go on sale for 30% off. i'm furious becuase whoever buys it does not need to wait 1 month for the shoes to come and they get it cheaper.
so i talk to the service rep. he offers and credits me 15%. i say ok.. but i want my other 15%. i feel that if i rebought my shoes and returned them it would be a waste becuase they were the same pair of shoes. and it would take time to process etc so i figured why not give me my 15% now and call it good. it was my first purchase too so i figured hey maybe they'd give it to me becuase a. i'm still youn g( potential loyal long term customer) b. i want alot of other things on the site for xmas ( almost 2000 worth) and c. its my first purchase.
they tell me they strive for customer service but all the dis when i treid to talk ot them about my situration and explain how fustrated i was they just ignored me! and said
'is there anything else i can help you with?"
and when i said yes about my order they replied "this is for online services only."

and they terminate my session. the rudest service i've ever had!
then it came to the point wher ei felt calling them would help IT WASNT HELP
all i got was
"you shoudl rebuy them and return'
'nope cant help you'
can i speak with yoru supervisor?
"nope they'd say the same thing'
.... they were so snobby and rude to me. worse service ever.
so now i want to return it. i talk to them online and they say ther should be a smart label for my item and the fee is 9.95.. (nordies is 6.00)
and i'm like ok.. and cant find one and then the person says
"your order isnt qualified for smartlabel"
that was just the cherry on top of my order.
so now i jsut want to fork out that 20 bucks
return my item
and cut all ties with them as they are
the WORSE service i've EVER had in my ENTIRE life.
dont expect me coming back.
