Glib salesmanship with Verbal statements not repeated the same in one conversation or in a written signed contract. At no time is there such contractual agreement. Owner is real smooth talker until it comes time to stand behind promises of 100% Guarantee of satisfaction. The Prodigy bed that was delivered locally to our home was a nice bed, but we are senior citizens with bad back problems and I in particular have had major back surgery. On first glance, this would have seemed a bed that should work for us, but it didn't. It sharply hurt my back with even a moderate elevation of the bed on delivery day. After an email run around with the owner of several weeks, I decided to sleep on the bed for one night to be fair. My back hurt in any and all positions, including flat. Upon getting up, my back was in severe pain. NOTE this bed was not even comfortable flat - not up to a good flat bed even. We said NO we do not want this bed. We even went and looked at Nationwide Mattress store-front in Plano. We really couldn't find a bed we liked, but asked for a quote on a particular flat bed. All of this shopping, thoroughly looking at the offered beds (with the company owner!) was interrupted many times. After several hours we asked for the quote. The quote we were shown on a print out did not wind up in the stapled group of papers he gave us. We definitely did not want to do business with this man. We told him we do NOT want this bed, to come get it or give us an address to deliver it to. We said we will pay for delivery (this is a local delivery). I could list the many changes of a deal in one meeting and in one phone conversation, but just want him to live up to representation - 100% Guarantee of satisfaction or full refund of money within 90 days - with freight on consumer. HE HAS NOT DONE THIS after a month.
