VERY VERY BAD!!!!
My shopping experience at the NFL Shop has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered my customized shirt on 12/1/09 only to be told on 12/15/09 that the order was being processed but took 2-3 weeks to leave the warehouse. On 12/22/09 I received an email that there has been a delay with my order and they don't have a ship date at this time. So, they lied to me about processing it last week! It also goes on to say that if the order is not fulfilled 30 days from now it will be cancelled! So basically that is how they do business - rather than trying to service the customer they will just cancel the order and risk losing the business.
The customer service has been absolutely terrible and there have been no explanations as to why any of this has happened or why I have received mixed messages about the status of my order. This shirt is a special gift for a sibling and I would like this particular order filled, but after this they can be assured I will never do business with the NFL Shop ever again. I have written them a scathing email and plan to follow up with a phone call to a manager. I will not stand for this terrible customer service for a company that supposedly represents the NFL. The NFL may seriously want to reconsider this - especially with as much advertising as they do for this shop.
DO NOT BUY FROM THE NFL SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
