The items werre not received in a timely manner. I tried time and time again to contact the vendor and lesft several messages. The vendor never contacted me in return. In the end I did not have the items I wanted for the event I was attending. Extremely poor customer service.

My order was received much later than anticipated. And when I tried to contact the store to determine why, no one answered and the voice mailbox was full.

It was very easy to find my item and purchase it online. Then when the Post office sent it to the wrong location, you were able to locate it easily and let me know what happened. I appreciate it very much and my husband loves his new shirt!

The return policy is tedious and unacceptably difficult (e.g., very short time frame, nerve-racking worry to miss the window of opportunity to return the item). I MIGHT return to this web vendor, but not if I can find the same products at a more customer-friendly web retailer.

Ordered two lightweight cotton/poly Cuban shirts. Only received one as desired, the other shirt was substituted with a heavy rayon/poly that I did not order and do not want. Also, per store policy, I am responsible for shipping and handling of the return. Still haven't received second shirt in cotton/poly black.

Left pocket on white shirt was not sewed well . Thread was hanging down. Came back from laundry and pocker thread came undone. I havent worn the other two. The blue and beige ones. Have been sent to laundry and they havent come back yet

Was I supposed to receive a rebate? I had diffulty in the beginning finding the garmet i was seeking. The woman's item is still backordered and I have not heard anything, yet. i was very happy with the men's guaybera i received in a timely manner

I was quite pleased with my the experience. The only issue I had was not the store's fault. I ordered one in linen, which itches like mad and is dry clean only. I'm terrible about going to the dry cleaners. My wife's comment was, "What did you expect from linen?" Aside from my own goof, I will very likely order another one from y'all.

The shipment was received over two weeks after it was placed, with no notification of a delay. Moreover, gift wrapping was requested and noted on the invoice. When I sent an e-mail to convey my dissatisfaction with the transaction, the reply stated: "I'm sorry but we were out of the gift wrap and the shirt was not available at the time you ordered. I offer you my apologies." It would have nice to have recieved a proactive customer service e-mail apprising me of the delay and giving an alternative for gift-wrapping. Don't you think?

This vendor has great products and a good staff. Communications via email receive a slow response; but once it arrives, the message is helpful and friendly.

I placed the order on June 15 (a birthday gift) on June 19 a received an e-mail this email: Hello, This shirt is in back order; we will have available in two to three weeks. Thanks, Alexis Martin. I replayed asking to cancel the order, and I have not received any response yet (07/06/2004)

I have received a partial order. The shirts are good quality, and I would order again; however, there are a couple of things that I would like to comment on. First, I believe that I filled out my order correctly, yet, the order was supposed to be shipped to my dad, and the billing and shipping addresses were reversed. Next, I paid $5.00 per item to be gift wrapped. I was very disappointed to find out that the 'gift wrap' was a cardboard box mailer, and that 2 shirts were shipped in one box. I was still charged for two gift wraps. I was expecting something much nicer for $5. Other than that, shopping at the website was fine. Because the merchandise was quality, I would give them another chance. Thank you. Cathy Green

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, immediately called the merchant and she was so pleasant and made the change to the item size immediately. The correct size arrived.

Product was lost at store's Post Office. They asked me to wait while they put a tracer on it but shipped another box when I said I needed it by Father's Day. That was nice.

Very informative customer service representative. He said the product would arrive on a certain date and it did. He also mentioned that I had the option of returning the item if it was not to our liking. He also provide us with the company's return policy information. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience.

The quality of the products I have purchased from them is very good. When small problems arose regarding the timely arrival of some products, I experienced their wonderful customer service, and promptly received the things I was waiting for.

The only suggestion I would make is that you let the user know how many pages contained in the type of clothing they are looking at. I don't really care for the Next button only at the bottom with a page list. Typically I like the button to be at the top as text with page numbers (ex: << 1,2,3,4...55 >>) and then have the same at the bottom.
