The total process from order to my door was 3 days! This is very good, however I used their express service instead of standard ground. The express service was actually cheaper than the ground service because of the minimal charge. However, I was very pleased with price and performance of this merchant.

I WILL NOT EVER order anything else from mWave. On January 1, 2007 I placed my order for an Epson Perfection 4490 Photo scanner. Mwave's web site showed the item as “In Stock” at the time I placed the order. My credit card was charged as of January 1st. On January 3rd, having received no notice of shipment, I e-mailed mWave. It was not until they replied to this that I was told the item was out of stock and not expected in stock until 10 January. I e-mailed and asked about the discrepancy in the product status on their web site, but never got a reply. Still, the price was good, so I waited. On 10 January, still having received no notice of status, I e-mailed again and was told that they now estimated receipt of the product on 22 January. At this point I cancelled my order and bought from a local merchant. The charge on my card was refunded as of the date of my order cancellation. Stay away from these folks. Their advertised price was great, but THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT!

To vague about if merchandise in stock when will be shipped. Says's 3 day express shipping I guess thats after they find it.

Phone calls from their cust serv were inadequate, rep hung up on me when I answered the phone. It was a debit card transaction that they said failed to get my bank approval. Delay, delay, delay. Finally, they just sent an email saying they had sent the product. As of 01/07/07, I still have received no product.

Everything happened as expected and I received the cooling pad the day that it was promised to arrive. I did not have to call customer service regarding any issues and the product functions better than expected. The only aspect I do not like is that the merchant charges a restocking fee for all returns. This is the reason I rated this merchant 4 out of 5. If the merchant did not have a restocking fee, I would have rated them a full 5.

They sent an email saying they would send the tracking number when the order shipped but never did, although the package was prompt.

pretty good but.. My Problem is that the shipping charges were different than shown on shopping.com.. I ended up paying 2 dollars more than shoping.com was showing for shpping (correct zip). Also, when I e-mailed MWave customer service about this (after purchase), I never received a reply from them.

I had a little delay and concern because I had to get my credit card company to update my records so I could use a different shipping address than my billing address. Then Mwave never updated my online order form nor sent me an email to let me know the TV had been shipped. But it arrived in two days! Excellent service at a reasonable price but I "worried" (albeit unnecessarily) because I had no notification that it had been shipped.

Incredibily FAST delivery. I placed my order at about 5:30 p.m. Eastern time and they shipped it THAT same day! I have one small complaint. The box that the mouse was packed in was too small and didn't provide much (if any) protection during shipping. This particular mouse was an OEM model and didn't have any packaging of it's own - it was just in a plastic bag. The M-wave shipping department put it into a narrow box that was so tight that the mouse had to have been pushed into the box and therefore there was nothing from keeping it from being crushed if any pressure had been applied to the box - like if it had be loaded in a stack of other boxes as often happens during transport. Fortunately the mouse wasn't damaged during shipping so everything turned out all right - but the shipping department should have done the packing differently. It may have just been one guy who was tired - who knows. Anyway, they did such a good job of getting my order to me that I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

LCD TV arrived before I could even get a tracking number. Took about 5 days. The user manual was missing (a disc) and I got no help from the seller at all. I did get great service from the Mfr. and got my manual via UPS. The MWave people would do nothing but offer me a return number if I was dissatisfied. It was the very poor customer service that I didn't like.

Internet ordered WinTV from MWave. Basic reasons are they had great prices and it was in stock. I received the item very quickly (even with holidays) and I have no complaints since they charged me exactly the amount advertised, it was new product, and in new condition. I was very pleased with my experience with MWave, and would certainly check them out on future orders.

I have never seen such horrible Customer Service. Right up to the supposed "OWNER" of the Company. Be very careful. Mwave's Customer Service will tell you one thing, and do another. Please shop somewhere else. I am out a lot of money from assuming them to be a good company!!

My product came with poor software, so I returned it for a refund. Only downside was that I had to pay shipping both ways and only the cost of the product was refunded.

PROBLEM WITH TRACKING. NEVER REC. EMAIL ON TRACKING NO. WENT INTO SITE AND GOT TRACKING NO. CHECKED ON CARRIER AND WAS DEVLIERED. FOUND ON FRONT PORCH. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH.
