MWave.com has HORRIBLE customer service when your product goes wrong! I bought a computer power supply off them. When I plugged it in with my computer, the power supply exploded! The RMA person refused to issue a refund due to the fact the explosion caused physical damage. She even had the nerve to attempt to blame the manufacture defect on me saying that I used it improperly. I clearly followed the instruction in the included manual and was using it properly. Beware of MWave and their dirty tricks to rip you off. These low-life scum will try anything to avoid taking back their own defective products.

The shopping experience was all right, nothing exciting. The shipping was slow and expensive, but the cost was cheap enough that with the shipping it was still cheaper than at other stores. All in all this merchant is a good place to shop and I would do so again.

they shipped the order in two seperate boxes, and didnt inform me, and they came two days apart. so after opening the case after the box wouldnt boot up, i niticed it had no memory!!!! so i ordered some from someone else, not being able to take advantage of the deal, and buy it at the same time as i bought the cpu. which i thought i had but did not. i think they should have tried to sell me memory, and we would have caught the mistake i made. an email or phone call, with something like "we noticed you didnt take atvantage of our great deal on memory".

My experience at Mwave.com was great. I usually shop at newegg and zipzoomfly and Mwave.com was just as great but a few dollars cheaper.

I didn't recieve my purchased. Payment was refused & I don't understand the message sent (by PayPal); Temporary Hold Information: A temporary hold has been placed on funds that were returned to your account because you used Instant Transfer to fund the original payment. The funds from this payment cannot be released until they have arrived from your bank account, which usually takes 3-4 business days.

So far, the MWave buying experience has been excellent. The only thing not yet completed is the rebate, which had to go to the manufacturers using forms provided by MWave. The rebates were clearly advertised at MWave, and I am very pleased with this merchant. I recommend them at this time.

I had read nothing but good about MWave so decided to give them a try.

I needed a new flash memory drive and, although Corsair did not list MWave as a supplier, various shopping sites suggested MWave's was the best price.

It was - so I ordered.

Although I paid only for 3-day, it arrived in under 24 hours.

The confirmation process, ability to track, accuracy of fulfilment and feedback when I contacted MWave were all exemplary.

Their customer service is excellent and their site comprehensive and easy to use.

Definitely recommendable: 10/10

The above answer will change to yes depending on how they handle my return. I don not like dealing with a companies customer service department via email. I prefer to speak to an individual personally on the phone. I hope they handle my return in a timely manner and issue my refund in a timely manner as well.

I have not installed the drives yet (they arrived yesterday), so I can't answer yet whether they arrived in good condition. However they appeared to be well packed and protected. Shopping was easy and fast, and the price was right.

3.How quickly did you receive your order? You need to add another catagory to your answers. I received my order even faster then I thought I would. By the time I went to track the order, my order was coming in the door. The hard drive was installed and I set it up as my main drive and my programs never ran faster.

I will surely not shop there ever again. They screwed up my order, charged me an incorrect amount, shipped it to a wrong address, and when I had to reverse the order they only refunded the merchandise price and none of the shipping!

Repeated inquiries by phone and e-mail lead to nothing but further frustration.
