I only bought a tee shirt. The service was great and the web sight was fun to use. The only problem that I had was that the shirt had major faded areas where the shirt had been folded. These color anomalies were not in the product description. Don't get me wrong, the shirt is cool and I plan on wearing it while traipsing through the woods but I can say that I was a tiny bit disappointed to see that. Thanks, Scott

I ordered a t-shirt online. I ordered one color, but received the shirt in a different color because the other color was sold out or something. I like my shirt though!

FINALLY an online retailer got me the sleeping bag I wanted within the right time frame - THANK YOU.

Overall, a great experience. I wasn't happy about the one week delay on the lifejacket - it wasn't a big deal, but I would have preferred to know it wasn't in stock before I ordered it with my hopes up. I would have appreciated a heads up when the lifejacket shipped - I got a "surprise" when I arrived home that night. The website order tracking page had it listed, but I didn't get a tickler email like the other packages letting me know it shipped, so I was clueless waiting for the ticker to arrive while the package was already on the way. I was also wondering why the deck bag and safety kit couldn't have been combined into one box; both could have fit in either of the boxes they arrived in. No biggie - just a little more work getting the boxes to the recycling center. The phone call from Moosejaw was due to some sort of mix-up with my credit card expiration date. The guy who called was very professional and courteous.

I had to make a return and needed the replacement asap. The staff was awesome in getting it done and keeping me informed of what was happening...much appreciated

i purchased the items online and have found moosejaw a great company to purchase things from- they are extremley friendly people over the phone and i would recommend them to anyone.

In the email confirming my order and issuing my order number, they stated they would follow up with an email notifying me that the product was shipped. No follow-up email was done, and no tracking number issued. This was not a major concern as I have the product shipped to my office, but it could be an issue for packages sent to home addresses when no one is home. It could also be an issue if the package was not received-no tracking number to follow path of delivery.

I enjoyed the shirts that I received and I did get them on time. I will definitely shop again with Moosejaw. I also loved the sticker that came with the tees.

In the email I received indicating that my order had shipped, Moosejaw failed to inform me that I would receive the items in two seperate packages. When I received the first delivery, I called the customer service # and spoke to a very impatient person who basically hung up on me after telling me the items shipped seperate. She didn't give me a chance to ask any questions, and she didn't thank me for calling. I really enjoyed scanning the website, and I am happy with my purchase. My two suggestions are: Indicate seperate deliveries and Hire customer service people who give customers friendly service! Thanks, Jana
