What's with the attitude? I ordered a jacket and I received a $21 gift card with my purchase. When I tried to use it on their site a few days later I couldn't find it. I called customer service for help and they treated me like a child. Apparently I had to enter a promo code to get the gift card. I was in a hurry that day and I didn't see that because it was in small red print at the bottom of the screen. The FREE $21 gift card with purchase tag was right next to the item I purchased and you couldn't miss it. I screwed up but why did they have to make a big deal about it? They told me it was on the screen when I made my purchase and I should have seen it. They tried to offer me some reward points instead but I didn't want them. I asked for the $21 gift card again and she finally said she would do it this one time but I should have seen the promo code on the screen. I told her to forget it after that SA remark. When I called to cancel my account they tried to give me the gift card again but it was too late for me. I would rather pay $21 more for professional customer service.
