Customer service was good. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the mounting of the ring was very lightweight. The diamonds though were of very high quality and clear. I ordered a certain size and was sent the wrong size. Overall, I was not pleased with the ring.

i bought a silver necklace for my wife, liked it very much myself. But was not the one for my wife. Had to return it. There was no problem. Customer service was very fast and helpful.

It would be nice to view the exact item being bought - even as simple as diamond solitares - these were slightly different. I would have moved on to a new pair and found some that looked the same. Instead of having to go through the return process and purchase them "hands on"

My Mondera.com diamond-buying experience was fantastic. The selection and prices are tough to beat. Skipping the sales tax (if you don't live in NY) helps you buy more diamond, too, and is not a trivial savings when comparing to a local jeweler (especially here in TN with 9.25% sales tax!). After the ring arrived (via their courtesy UPS 2nd-day air), I had it appraised, and it appraised for 172% of what I paid for it. The ONLY issue I can take with them was that their available-to-ship time - unless I was just blind and missed it - wasn't available until AFTER I'd placed my order & it was confirmed. I was expecting maybe a week's lead time, and it turned out to be a month when I logged on the next day (hand made setting, yadda yadda)! Kudos to Mondera, though, as I called & worked with one of their sales reps - VERY professional - and got it in 2 weeks. In short: I (and my fiance) are very, very pleased with the purchase.
