Originally, I had contacted the retailer about the availability of the ring in sizes. The retailer's customer service agent responded that the ring was only available in one size, but if I bought the ring, he could have it sized for me, although then the ring would not be returnable. I waited for a week, then contacted that customer service agent again to let him know that I was purchasing the ring, and that I wanted it sized, acknowledging that the ring would no longer be returnable. Then, I placed the order. I read through the website's shipping policy and noted that they always shipped FedEx 2nd day air, and that an adult needed to sign for the package. I was very concerned about this, as I was going to be out of town when the item shipped, so I wanted to make sure that I was around when the package arrived. I hoped for an auto-generated e-mail that the item had shipped, but I didn't get one. I did check the status of my order online and figured out that I would be around to receive the package. When the package arrived, it was left on my door step (jewelry on a door step?), and most of all, confirming my suspicions, it wasn't sized, so I will have to pay a local jeweler to do the work for me. Overall, I have very mixed feelings about my experience with Mondera, and don't think I will order anything from them again.
