Do not buy from this company. Some have had good experiences... I did not. I buy a TON of art supplies. Most orders are in the $500-$1000 range. This order was for about $650. It did not matter. The day after I ordered they called and said my credit card address was not correct. That's fine I thought, at least they called. I gave them the phone number to my credit card and restated THE SAME ADDRESS that I entered on the order form and assured them it was correct. FIVE DAYS later they call me and tell me that they need the correct address before they can ship. WHAT???!!!! You must be kidding! After much discussion with the so called "customer service" rep, I came to the conclusion that I was getting no where fast. The "customer service" rep was like a robot and did not seem concerned that my order was problematic. I told her to cancel the order and that I would never shop at misterart again. She said "well... I'm sorry you feel that way." Bottom line you can take your chances with this company if you like but I would not advise it. Misterart is on my very short list of companies that I will not do business with anymore. Life is to short for their nonsense.
