SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM LOWES
I would never step foot into a lowes again! We purchased a refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. We didn't have delivery scheduled until 2 months later! They changed delivery dates on us 3 times (even after we took time off of work) We were sitting at home wondering where are appliances where and when we called the delivery company that called to INFORM US of the delivery time they told us thay had no record of an order. I called Lowes and they told me we were scheduled to recieve our appliances a week later. Finally the installers arrived and what should have taken a coupls of housr took the entire day, then the installers for the dishwasher flooded our kitchen. Then they told us that they were not going to install our microwave becasue we did not pay for installation and proceeded to schedule my microwave installtion two days later even after they confirmed that I had paid for the instalation. To add insult to injury I've reached out to them several times to voice my frustrations and they don't even have the common courtesy to respond. Someone from the corporate office responds awknoledges by complaint and says theat someone will be contacting me within 24 hours, this was 2 weeks ago! I cant even believe that they would not even have enough consideration to call me after I experienced SO MANY challenges wit this purchase. I am remodeling my entire house and am spending thousands of dollars in the process needless to say the money I spent on these appliances is the only money that Lowes will see from us becasue I refuse to step foot in the store again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND AGGRAVATION GO TO SEARS OR ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO LOWE'S FOR SOMETHING AS MINUSCULE AS A LIGHT BULB!
